Inventory movement

Reconciles In stock against goods already delivered out to Phương Nam and Art Book, so you can see what the balance was before those deliveries. Opening balance = In stock + Phương Nam + Art Book. Only items with a recorded delivery appear here — the full catalog is on the Inventory tab.

Partner sales ledger

Running total, all-time: Delivered − Sold = Remaining at partner — how much of what you sent them is still unsold on their shelf. Phương Nam and Art Book each send a sales report at the start of the month; send those to Claude and this updates. Sold stays 0 until the first monthly report comes in.
